Services
Black Rock Recycling provides electronic recycling, data destruction, IT asset disposition, component harvesting, and responsible disposal services for residential and commercial customers. Services are subject to availability and may vary by location.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:

Ensuring they have legal ownership or authorization to recycle all materials provided.

Removing personal belongings and non-electronic items prior to service.

Backing up any data they wish to retain before submitting services.
Black Rock Recycling is not responsible for data left on devices unless a data destruction service has been explicitly requested and confirmed.
Data Destruction Disclaimer
While Black Rock Recycling follows industry best practices for data destruction, customers are ultimately responsible for verifying that selected services meet their compliance requirements. Certificates of Destruction may be provided upon request or as part of a service agreement.
Prohibited Materials
We reserve the right to refuse or charge additional fees for materials that are hazardous, or not disclosed at the time of booking, including but not limited to:

Liquids, chemicals, or non-electronic waste

AC/Fridge
Pickup, Drop-Off, and Scheduling
Scheduled pickups and drop-offs must be confirmed in advance. Missed appointments or cancellations without notice may result in additional fees. Pickup times are estimated and not guaranteed.
Fees and Payments
All pricing is subject to change based on material type, quantity, and service level. Payment terms will be communicated prior to service. Invoices must be paid according to the agreed-upon terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Rock Recycling shall not be liable for:

Loss of data not covered under a confirmed data destruction service.

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Damage resulting from pre-existing conditions of electronic equipment.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services provided.
Environmental Compliance
Black Rock Recycling is committed to responsible and environmentally compliant recycling practices. We work with downstream partners and processors that meet applicable environmental standards.

All website content is the property of Black Rock Recycling and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. Unauthorized use of our website may result in legal action.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion if these Terms & Conditions are violated or if unsafe or undisclosed materials are presented.
